RingCentral | Web Production and Project Management

I manage and author web content for RingCentral.com using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). I also collaborate with product managers, software engineers, web developers, visual designers, and business stakeholders to create custom web pages for global product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

My biggest accomplishment was creating a new Web Production role at the company, this included establishing new processes and simplifying how we build web pages by using presets and templates.
